Ave Kruup & Friends are all classically trained, highly skilled professional musicians. They are talented young performers who, having been awarded numerous prizes in international competitions, now regularly perform with leading European orchestras and as soloists in international concert halls.

The Instruments

Ave will be happy to offer advice on the most appropriate ensemble depending on the occasion, your audience, the repertoire, the size of the venue and its acoustics. She will offer her expertise on everything relating to the piano from choosing a suitable instrument, to organising the rental, transport and tuning if one isn't already available on site.

 

The Programme

Once the composition of the ensemble has been decided upon, Ave will help you choose the programme content and duration to best suit your personal requirements. Whilst they specialise in classical music, they offer a wide repertoire ranging from baroque and classical styles through to romantic and modern contemporary works with jazz and world music influences.

As a soloist, Ave specialises in the music of the great romantic composers: Beethoven, Schubert, Brahms, Chopin etc. and, of course, Bach. Ave & Friends offer, besides the standard repertoire, an original programme featuring Estonian and nordic music which, despite being less known, is always very much enjoyed by listeners.

You can either consult the repertoire page, or simply tell Ave your preferences in terms of a theme, period, style orcharacter so that she may suggest a tailored programme for you.

Ave and Friends' repertoire is always expanding, so do ask if you cannot see a piece you are looking for listed. Given sufficient notice, a professional arrangement of your favorite pieces for piano solo or piano and another instrument can be organised on request.

 

Booking

Prices include the musician's travel up to 50 km from Nice, and their presence at the venue for 2 hours. Extra travel is charged at an agreed price.

There is no charge for time spent travelling or setting up.
